Rectangular slab inside circular one

Hi,

I'm modelling a circular (R=30m) slab with a rectangular (a=3m) deeper sectionin the centre and keep getting the following message:

"Model error - a cyclinc reference in the definition of kinematic constraints. Please try to regenerate the mesh or turn off kinematic constraints"

Any ideas what is the best way of solving the problem?

by your picture , it seems there are 2 circular large slabs and the little retangular one.

If not, can you send the model??

That's correct, that is because the central pad and the external circular slab are 600mm deep while the itnernal bit is only 400mm.

I've attached the file for your reference.

You just need to set the correct thicknesses to the slabs and adjust a meshing parameter that I don´t know why exists in RSA since the recommendation is always to not mark it( kinematic constraints)
