I have question about required reinforcement in cross section of RC column. In RSA are results from analyze for required reinforcement like this:
In Autodesk web manuals for RC reinforcement I found this:
Now I would like to make reinforcement drawing according to the my calculation, but I have a concern about reinforcement quantity in cross section...
What is correct? Left or right choice, picture under:

I made another test in RSA for random RC column:
- required reinforcement in B and H direction of cross section
- provided reinforcement in the same RC column
Why RSA in task "Provide..." not automatically design the column with same loadcase combinasion like in task "Calculations" model for required reinforcement?
Therefore I with purpose calculated RC column for required reinforcement and designed in task "Provide.." with the same load case combination and I with purpose in task "Provide.." insert minimal value of reinforcement. Why is in RSA task "Provide reinforcement of RC elements" for column needed less required reinforcement in cross section of RC column? I understand that required reinforcement in task "Provide..." is the same value for required reinforcement from calculations results? If you look at upper picture you will see that provided reinforcement is smaller that required value, but the RC column is still safe Rd/Sd>1. Why that?
