rc column design not importing design cases

Please help. I don't understand why the RC Design module does not consider manually defined ULS cases for design.

I select the column > robot shows the right list of combinations in the parameters for RC elements windows > but the loads window only shows 3 ULS cases (see attached files)

Switch off the indicated option > calculate the model > import the combinations again
