RC beam design

Hi. I' am using robot structural annalysis 2015. When I'm providing reinforcement for RC beam, design window always show menu tab like my attact pic 1 (- structure, beam view, beam diagram..). But sometime it won't show those menu tab-like in pic 2. What is program option to show it again?

I canont find folder named "cfgusr". I'm using RSAP 2015 with window 8.1 64bit. Do u have any idea where it located?

In my computer.
It is a C:\Users\Computer name\Appdata\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structure Analysis.
