Hil everyone, i want a design raft foundation with the thickness is 400 cm. and i asign elastic coefficient kz. in the result moment of the plate is smaller than i didnt asign elastic coefficient. why ? please tellme the reason

It is hard to say without having the model. I may presume, that you have applied a uniform planar load on the raft.

in the picture number 1, im not asign the ealssticity coeficient kz, and the result is higher than asign  elastic coeficient kz like picture number 2

please tell me why the result like that?

if the the result like picture number 2, the design of reinforcement is impossible and so small for the 400 cm plate.
