Raft Foundation Result

Hello everyone,

I'm designing a simple Raft Foundation with only surface loadings in KN/m2.

When I try to see at Results on map, I have all values Zero.

Why? Who know about this expected result? I tried to rise loadings x 20 times, but nothing ..still same result:

It is a 15cm concrete Raft Foundation and Kz coefficient is 88842 KN/m3.

Thanks

Hi @Michele100100

Is this foundation loaded with uniform planar load? If so I would not expect significant bending in the plate

No bending is present when the loading is planar. Just image a mattress and if you press it everywhere, it won't bend although settles down uniformly. You need to have point/column loads or eccentric planar loads to have bending
