"excesive" number of modes for a structure

I am looking for suggestions on how to make this model more efficient. To me it is a fairly regular structure, but with 300 modes I am only able to obtain 23% mass participation.

For some reason I can not upload the file "The attachment's adminnr.rtd content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

Any suggestions out there?

@memoalcr

Your structure is too stiff.

You don't need that much shear walls. If you use instead columns + beams you'll get 90% mass participation with only 54 modes

No. The building does not have any stability problems against lateral loads
