Dear @aaping2 ,
Standing on my knowledge, to view a video on PushOver Analysis in Robot probably you have to contact Steven Spielberg or even better Christopher Nolan....
Jokes apart, Robot have a lot of lacks in Push Over Analysis that are:
MODELING
- Definition of non linear hinghes for members, it require a third party solution;
- Manual definition for all the Push Over Cases, that here in Italy it's 32 cases....
- It's impossible to define non-linear hinge for panel elements (such happens in SAP 2000)
ANALYSIS
- A lot of problems in convence of the analysis, that doesen't give the user the option to understand the point of the collapse;
POST PROCESS
- The definition of the target displacement it have to be done separately with a third party software, basing on the design code spectrum...s oit's quite complex to manage the results...
Unfortunately Push Over in Robot is an option undeveloped in last 20 years, and we keep fighting to ask the dev team to push up in this direction, because of in this last years this kind of analysis is going to became one of the most important ones for the existing buildings all over the world, basing on FEMA for the US market and Eurocode for the EU market.
