Provided reinforcement RC beam

Hi

Im having some trouble with designing a RC beam. Using "design --> required reinforcement of RC beams / columns" and 

"design --> required reinforcement of RC beams / columns optoins" I am able to caclulate the required reinforcement correctly.

Is there a training manual for design of RC-structures that also show how to use the provided reinforcement functions?
