My question is: Does the reinforcement result from the "Reinforcement Pattern" feature, which refers to the ACI 318-14 code for seismic provisions—particularly for shear reinforcement—account for the probable flexural strength of the installed flexural reinforcement as described in ACI 318-14 Section R18.6.5?
