Problems with meshing

Good morning, I'm currently modelling some air-pulverized coal ducts to check their structural integrity. I modelled them directly as shells mostly extruding them along polylines. Some of the ducts are of circular cross section and some are of rectangular cross section.

I have several problems meshing the structure and I have tried many combinations and methods posted on other messages but nothing seems to work, I keep getting inconsistencies on the mesh and the transitions between circular ducts and rectangular ducts are not meshing at all.

Please I request some assistance on the matter, I have exhausted all my options. The model is attatched to this message.

Movie showing idea how to reshape contour \ extruded panel. In this case how to make circle from rectangle.

Explanation - number of divisions 10panels x 4 Fes = 40 -> each side of rectangle = 40/4 = 10

(much better effect (more symmetrical) can be obtained if pipe duct will be made of 12 or 16 panels)
