Hi,

I analyze a structure with and without bracing.

The work rate of the bar elements are almost equal.

Can you check my model and tell me if it is necessary to put braces or add an bar element.

Hi @Anonymous 

With only vertcal loads, you'll not see any difference.

Test with some horizontal loads to see the effect of bracings
