plane truss Deflections

Hello,

could someone help me out with this problem, i am doing multiple trusses arrangments and trying to find the most optimal truss arrangment. i am trying to find out the maximum deflection for the truss, but i cannot click on the deflection button. although i tried to add the live load value, because normally deflection depends on live load. but still in trusses the variable load and the permenant load should be added to find the maximum deflection, and compare it to the code limitations.

its just i just i want to find out why i cant calculate deflections using robot structure, using plane truss formate.

For a truss model the load is limited to nodal forces and it is assumed that bars are to transfer axial forces only. If so they don't bend and you should check the displacement of (middle cord) nodes instead.
