Planar Element Sign Convention

The Robot sign convention is for positive moment to cause tension in upper face. But the help file related to wood-armer design suggests that positive moment causes tension in the lower face.

When Robot calculates the Wood-Armer moments and forces which of these conventions is actually applied?
