Perforated Column Section

Dear All, 

How can I model or how do you model a perforated columns in RSA, I mean column similar to the vertical members in industrial rack systems where vertical members are perforated for convenience of mounting the horizontal members in desired place.  Please see attached image

You would need to model this in Robot with shell/plate elements if you want to get the full detail of the perforation on the column rack you got there.
