Panel Cuts

Hi,

I have a few quick questions about panel cuts...

Is the integral value the total for the panel (for N kN/m*m)? i.e. If i have a panel cut where i am looking for N in a wall, the total N in the wall based on the particular cut I am looking at is the integral value. This is what it appears to be, but when i check it, it doesnt appear to calculate out...

Also, I have been looking at 3 cuts along a wall, for some reason when i switch between values (moments and compressions for instance) only one of the cuts changes... I assume this is something I am missing in the workflow.

Thanks for your help!

Integral value is related to the lenght of the cut .

It is very useful when using local direction xx (force/moment/shear perpendicular/across the cut)

So then ,in the picture below, the integral value (valor inteiro) will be the total normal force that is acting across the whole lenght of the cut.

Notice that , in this case the integral value is equal to the  reduced force(Força reduzida) Z (activated on cuts tab)

For different forces on several cuts it´s on purpose. If you want all the cuts to show the same force , Select them all on cuts tab , go to detailed tab and mark the force you want.
