I'm comparing the panel cut integral value in the Qxx direction (local) with the reduced force in the global Z direction. They should be the same but are not. What is causing the difference?

Panel cut integral value and reduced force question
The cut is not in the local direction. From the picture the integral value is in the direction along the cut
