Overlapped panels error
When you select the wall panels on the graphic window ,only panels 14to22 are selected. But when you select the warning message "Overlapped panels , more ("invisible") panels are selected !!
What I have done is keep only those invisible panels selected, unmesh them , then hit the delete button to make them vanish.
Raft mesh is also strange , so I unmeshed its mesh also.
Now set the wall panels 14 to 22 mesh options equal to raft one(0,175m mesh size) . Mesh it , and then mesh the raft. Freeze all the meshes. Model should run perfectly with no warnings.

Another method
I deleted all vertical panels, then added them again, remeshed all panel.
No warnings, but you must add again loads
