My column is unbraced. According to S16-14, the value is subjected to 13.8.5, a).
However, whenever I selected the column type as unbraced, ω1 is 0.
but for braced member, it looks like ω1 is calculated.
S16-14, 13.8.5 does not say about braced and unbraced member.
Does the software calculate the value based on frame type?
