when selecting extreme points on panel i do get small values (~6000 kNm),
but when i select Finite element centers i do get +- real ones:

Because , in your case (envelope of many load or combination cases) when you select "extreme points on panels" RSA will show only the value of the envelope that is selected(Top or bottom) . When " finite element centers" is selected , Top/bottom values are shown together.
You probably has " top envelope" selected . Select bottom envelope and you will get he values you want displayed
