modeling issues for underground

Dear All,

I have modeled a underground structures with pile with all other loads, Attached screen shots that my model and reinforcement details, however the reinforcement details at mid panel looks like incorrect also tried several days to find the solution buy could not resolved yet, could you please anyone help me on this matter (All column and pile taking load as normal)

What reinforcement are you showing in the picture? Ax Ay ???
Check local axis of your pannels. They must be in same direction to have a consistent view

The reinforcement is X direction , and my panels are in same dir as well, the issue why the mid panels shows different contour ?
