Meshing problem and isolated nodes

When i finished the modeling .. there's problem with mesh .. i tried to edit element size and also tried as recommend or forced .. it's not work .. also when i used moving load .. i assign load and path correctly all of thing right .. but i want to know how i apear moment changes with moving load applied

Why have you created panels edges 1cm from solid FEs lines ?

okay .. i apply slab on the whole structure as one unit .. also the problem is found ... by the way i also delete the path of moving load .. i don't know why the nodes flocked around

Why have you left main girders bars 1cm or 3 cm from solid FEs edges ?

that's becasue i apply nodes and relate them by bars .. many thanks eng.rafal you teach me every time .. i'm grateful to you
