Mesh Discrepancy

Hi, 

Could you please suggest what might be the reason for the gap seen between the panels

Checked with the geometry co-ordinates upto 9 decimals.There is no variation. Still a big zoom in this area shows this gap.

Any help asap is highly appreciated.

There is no incoherence message and the analysis is running.

but when i zoom to that location , i can see the gap. will it be any graphical error.
