Low ratio of reinforcement

Hello,

I'm modelling the structure below.

The reinforcement ratio is really lower than expected:

Ratio for slab = 55 kg/m3 (ROBOT) vs 130 kg/m3 (Order of magnitude expected).

Ratio for wall = 50kg/m3 (ROBOT) vs 70 Kg/m3 (Order of magnitude expected).

I'm reviewing the model but I don't find the mistake.

Why there is no construction reinforcement, is it maybe the problem?
