Long-term deflection for RC Beam

I am learning Robot. It looks to me RC Beam module long-term deflections is independent of sustained load action for ----months or tsi factor in story parameters. I created a simple RC beam under self weight only; and under story parameters checked sustained load action for 3 months and 5000 months. The resulting long-term deflection remained same. Any ideas how robot considers time period in the long term deflection calcs? Thanks.
