Linear moving loads

Hi.

I have created a moving load as a "linear load" in RSA 2022 to be a applied on a simply supported beam.

RSA creates pairs of vertical forces with a mutual distance between loads when I create a case from a component.

I expect that RSA creates a uniform load (kN/m) instead of several vertical loads, it however works fine for a 3D panel.

Is it possible to get RSA create a uniform load instead of vertical loads somehow?

As I know, RSAP can create only the moving load as concentrated load with distance. In this case you can divide the linear load as many concentrated load (more point more accuracy) as long as the sum of force is equal.

Hi @Babak.moussavian

It's an old post, but I have to correct the answer.

You can define linear load as a vehicle.  Use Arbitrary vehicle tab definition.
