I have been working on Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2024 designs. But when I try to calculate my model to update the results, it says that it is limited to professional version only. Apparently it shows my version is on demo yet I have a license. Kindly assist.

What is your license type?  user subscription, network license or serial number?

It might have happened that you lost network connection for a while and the license had broken.

Does it still occur when you restart the program?

Hello,

It is a network license. I lost my model and I have to restart. How do you
recover the model?

Regards.

In case of network license you can "borrow" the license locally to your machine for a certain period of time.

Even unlicensed version should allow to save the file with a model.

You may also find a file with the same name but *.bak or *.rtb  extension in the original folder, which is saved by auto-save option.  Change the extension to *.rtd if you find one.
