LATERAL BUCKLING VERIFICATION NOT BEING PERFORMED

DEAR MEMBERS,

I am heaving pin connected beams HEA 120 profile. During member verifcation I am getting warning that the subject beams have not been analysed for lateral tortional buckling because of the section types or because lateral buckling analysis is not required. Also I am getting very less utilization ratios for these beams. I have attached a snap shot showing the assigning of code parameters and the associated warning message.  i will be extremely thankful to you for your expert advice.

Thanks in advance.

My assumption is that the verification is done at either end of a beam where there is no bending as you defined pinned connections. You may check what will happen when you force the verification e.g. in the middle of the beam instead in the way shown on the slide from the 3rd RSA webinar on steel design:

Thank you Sir for your kind response. Can you please forward me the link for webinar you advised. Can you please confirm that should Rsa perform buckling analysis when the member its self is having very less bending moment along its major axis as in my case it is less than 1 KN.M.
