Is load label important?

as picture above... I don't know if the "Load Label" important in which area of working in Robot?

some books said it is being used in the load combination dialogue ... but I see only the load Case name being used instead.

hi,   it is not 

it is just  a name you chose to assign to a certain load case   so you can differentiate between all load cases.
