Instability type 2 UY in Platform

hello everyone,

1.I get instability type 2 UY in node 236 and error execution problem No.3060

I checked the geometry and the node is adjoining two members 261 and 257 as it should be

also the releases seem fine it is a joist and released Ry,Rz as both ends

2.I also get the element is defined outside geometric limits of assigned story and elements exceeds geometric limits of the story and it selects the concerned members for me however when I check the object inspector I find that the concerned members are correctly assigned to the right story

3.Also I get warning saying: the load has not been distributed correctly there are no objects or elements

thanks in advance for your support

- Delete releases of these bars ( 202to248 250to252 264to269 297to300 ) and set them as truss.
- Your stories are not well defined, delete them and set them again.
- In Job preference check DSC Algorithm

You'll have a warning about too much combinations try to reduce them

thanks Simau for your support I appreciate it

I adjusted releases and advanced properties as you advised and now I only get instability type 3 Rx node 44

for stories the problem is there are more than one story starting at the same level and ending at  a different top level for instance from 10 to 11.7 and from 10 to 16

and when defining stories in Robot it insists that each story should start from the previous one ended

I don't know how to work around this

P.S. message two doesn't contain attachment

In the model i attached i have no such type 3 instabiliy warning?

With stories at intermediate levels you'll always get this kind of warning. It has no influence on structure stability. Just select levels of interest so you can get results from " Diagram for buildings

@Simau

1.your model is fine but mine has this instability type 3 error for node 44 after fixing the old issues I attached it here

2.thanks for explaining that warnings about exceeding the limit of the story can be disregarded

3. in the snapshot you will notice that each story contains only members and shells but not nodes even though i selected nodes while doing the assigning process , am I missing something?

4.Also I still get warning saying: the load has not been distributed correctly there are no objects or elements

thanks again

1.  My model has not any instability so why not use it.

4.  I think you may ignore the warning saying: the load has not been distributed correctly there are no objects or elements.

Hand calculation shows that loads are transfered correctly (see case 9)
