bad mesh Probably due to geometric imprecisions. Your model also has disconnected columms.

 

Does it come from Revit?

Because your model needs correction since it has lack of geometry accuracy.

Also, set your model parallel to the globe axes in order to apply the lateral forces in the right way.

 

The attached video just to give you an idea how to correct the mesh and set the meshing options. But pay attention that you can’t get good analysis results unless to correct the model especially, the frame element connections (Beams & Columns) .
