Incorrect data Error 5000

Hi, during the calculation of a structural model, the error message keep pop-out "Incorrect data Error 5000"

Is there any way of overpass this error ?

I've tried to restart Robot and changing the mesh option. But the error is still popping out. 

Is there any other way to resolve it ?

Try backing up your file under a different name and restart it in Safe Mode.

Roof claddings  5574 6487  are not flat and loads are not distributed from them. 

After removing claddings  5574 6487  model can be calculated.

Divide claddings  5574 6487  in bigger number of smaller (flat) claddings or correct roof geometry to obtain flat surfaces.

Regardless problem with claddings  5574 6487 

It seems that you have not preciselly defined model and you are trying to correct it by model tolerance increased to 10mm. It probably generates incorrect (very small) calculation members which cannot be calculated using elasto- plastic analysis.

I would suggest correcting model geometry and decreasing model tolerance.

After some experiments with tolerance I was able to calculate shared model version.
