How can I ignore uplift forces in spread footing design.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly - do you mean allow for uplift?

I mean disregard the uplift forces, I don't want the forces uplift in spread footing design

You may try to exclude combinations with such effect from being exported to the RC Design module.
