Hi @yesterday55555

Please attach the model and the corresponding screen capture when you have such situation again.  In general the change of the structure type from a Building to a Shell and back to a Building should solve it.

Here is the problem, bro. I am sorry  I do not have the file now. But when I open the file others computer, there is not problem. I think somethings the issue is in my setting computer with robot structural system.

That problem is not showing when I open new file., but the file I have been modeling.

I have tried to make the file to the setting defaut, but I could not do that.

Hi @yesterday55555

Actually you are in the Plan (2D XY) view which is indicated by the description of the global axes and the red rectangle which indicates the fixed plane position. I can't tell why you can't see the Plan view (perhaps it will be just enough to close Robot and open it again as it seems to be just a display issue) but it is such.

If I managed to answer your question(s) press the Accept as Solution button please. This will help other users to find solution(s) much faster. Thank you.

I've literally just started using robot and I can't even find the icons on the top left side of the screen with view and plan. Tried restarting it several times and still no luck. I mean I created grids and storeys but can't actually go to the plan view of each storey.
