How to find nocal value selection tab

I am trying to find this tab but I am nowhere near to find it. Can someone tell me how to find it? I attached a screen shot of the tab that i am trying to reach maybe that would bring an idea of what i am saying.

Open the node table (View/Tables) and on an empty space, right click and click on table columms...
