How do I add a UK Section to Robot?

With an attached screenshots, please suggest ways on how I can see the UK Sections or add it to the list of Sections.  Thank you.

Follow the steps

• Open Tools >Job Preferences >Databases >Steel and Timber sections.
• Click Add databases 
• Select UK databases from dropdown list
• OK
• OK in Job Preferences dialog
