i want to build the columns but the up(z+) is not working and if i work with negative Z it is imposible to continue with the draw. what solution do you suggest.

You are using the building design template that's why everytime you create a column the orientation of the column is always downward, I think its because of the base which is at 0m.  I tend to stay away from that template for modeling. If you're modeling concrete structure 3D frame design is sufficient, but if you really need to model from that template you can wait from this forum to solve your problem.
