Hello I have a problem counting the rebars based on how rebars displays , I have attached a photo here of a base of 2700mmx2700mmand robot shows in plan view 11x22 and in sectional view i can see 12 bars in one direction, what does the 22 mean, concrete cover is 50mm, so im assuming 22 is 22cm which is equal to 220mm, it still doesn't make sense because from calculations the spacings should be 236mm if the bars are 12 in number in one direction, kindly assist
