Fissuration crack width does not display

Dear community,

I am currently modelling a 300 mm thick slab of a retention resting on the ground modelled with springs (in the panel window) and micropiles benief certain part of the slab. See the "Fissuration not displayed" file attached to have the idea of the structure.

I cannot seem to get the fissuration width displayed in my model.

Here is what I get: please see the "Fissuration not displayed" file attached.

Here are the parameters for eurocode check: please see the "eurocode check" file attached.

Could you please help me out?

Thanks in advance,

Jules

Hi @jules.garnier

If scale cannot be correctly calculated it means that calculated crack width is zero (In that case program cannot define max and min range for scale. You can display calculated crack with in Table for Plate and Shell reinforcement. Probably calculated value is zero

Hello Krzysztof,

Thank you for your answer.

I wonder if it cannot be calculated because of an error, or because it is too small?

I unticked the elastic soil option in the pannels elements so that I would get a slab supported only on the micro piles but I could not display the fissuration in that case neither.

Please see the two pictures attached showing that there actually are deformation (sagging) and that the fissuration do not display. (Those pictures are from a modèle without elastic soil).

Any thoughts about that issue?

Thanks,

Jules

Hi @jules.garnier

If for crack width and (other type of results) map shows such scale range it means that presented results value is zero (in that case scale range cannot be calculated so program takes default values -1000000 to 1000000)

It seems that in that case Robot calculates cracking width =zero for all finite elements.
