Export to KML (C3D IDS 2014)

Hi

A while ago I exported a model from revit 2014 to Robot which though a bit tedious was a moderate success.

Now certain items have been added to the Revit model and I would like to export only these items(groups of beams and columns) to the same Robot model which is already up and running with analysis and codecheck and everything.

Is this possible.

What I am trying to avoid is to export everything in the Revit model because then I will loose all my clean-up work and possibly get double members get all the supports which I have already modified to get things to work.

kindly KLEL

Yes, in Robot 2015 \ Revit 2015.

I have both Robot 2015 and Revit 2015, but my client insisted on using 2014 so the revit model is currently in Revit 2014 while I have on my own choice used Robot 2015 for the model.

I suppose then that I can convert the Revit 2014 model to a revit 2015 model - only for export reasons and then do partial export to Robot 2015.

What then are the main steps to do this?

Kindly KLEL
