Error while transfer: Insert Loads

Anonymous

Hi All

Please can someone advise on why some of the loads captured in Revit transfer seamlessly into the Robot file whilst others don't. I have seen on the forum that a user had a similar issue before but that was due to cladding elements no longer being able to be transferred into Robot.

The loads that are not being transferred are exactly the same as those that do work.

Please advise on a solution

Hi @Anonymous

Could you attach the Revit model which has got only the load that is not transferred to Robot so that it is easier to investigate this situation?

Thanks Artur

Revit model attached. Loads appear on B02 Level which is accessible in the project browser as a floor plan and not a structural plan. I have hidden in view the loads that have transferred properly.

Hi @Anonymous

If I understood your description correctly, I do see mentioned loads

Hi @Rafal.Gaweda

Is this after transferring it from Revit on your end? These loads are still unavailable in my Robot model. Please explain what you did in order to correctly transfer these loads.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous

I did nothing extra. Just exported from Revit to Robot.

I am using Robot 2016 SP4 and Revit 2016 SP2.

Ok Thanks @Rafal.Gaweda

That might be the problem on my end. Will update my SP for Robot and Revit and try again.
