Error: Ar/At=0<1

Hi, 

I am calculating a circular RC cover slab for a chamber with 2 big access openings. when i was calculating the provided reinforcement i got a messenger like "For top/Bottom reinforcement in the direction of X or Y axis at the point Ar/At=0<1"

I tried to solved doing the steps that appear in the following link but i couldn't make it works.

Could someone help me with this problem?

The rtd file you attached is corrupted (check its size). Could you attach it again?
