Besides, your sw mass is doubled - mark Disregard Density in Modal case definiton (or delete case 1 from load to mass conversion)

Solution 1:

Replace supports by the ones shown below . Then you will need only 8 modes to get 90% of mass participation

or leave them as they are and then diaphragm should have a mesh or should be ordinary shell panel.

I am getting this error again.

Everything was working fine. I was only refining member sizes. Can you please advise. I have attached the model.
