Eccentric load on beam from cladding panel

Hi

I'm trying to figure out the way to use cladding panels for load distribution on the beam elements with eccentricity. In this particular case I have a RHS section with plate welded on the bottom to support RC slab. This arrangement creates torsion on the supporting beam.

I have tried to use absolute beam offset in UY direction but all this seem to do is to apply load at offset beam without eccentricity, which does not create any torsional effects in beam, but gives torsional reaction at the support.

This is fine for support design but lack of torsion within the beam makes this useless.

Does anyone know how to use cladding panels for eccentric beam loads? What I'm trying to avoid is manually applying load on bars elements with defined eccentricity.

Model attached for reference. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks
