Designing footing with plain concrete beneath

I'm trying to design a reinforced concrete footing with plain concrete beneath but i can't find how to add the plain concrete layer.

I'm using the UK BS 8004 code for geotechnical.

It's not possible according to the BS code, you can use the France DTU 13.12 code instead but pay attention to the code regulations and load cases factors as it changes a bit from BS to DTU.

The lean concrete tab is available there as you can see.

Click on the DTU 13.12 as in picture then the code regulations will appear.
