design ribs in hollow block slab

when we design ribs in hollow block slab as beam T
from the chart My we see My value start from 0.00 and end at 4.7 (photo 1) but as a result, we see the bar position, reinforcement start from 0.4 and end at 4.3 (photo 2)
Can we request from the Robot ( required reinforcement of RC Beam) design to start from 0.00 and end at 4.7?

Hi @MahmoudAlcholbec 

Probably you are using default RC beam setting with span calculated between support faces.

Change setting to In axes.
