Design Lifting Pad Eye

HI..guys..

How can i model a pad eye using plate for lifting purpose placed on an i beam or pipe with holes for shackles in Robot Structural Analysis?

Attached fig drawn in AutoCAD for your reference.

I'd model it as a shell model as a cylinder and a vertical flat panel.
