Hi,
I supose I'm missing something but I don't know what.
How do Robot calculate the design buckling resistance moment?
According to Eurocode and, indeed, to detailed results note of Robot,
But when I see the calculation note:
Reduction factor for lateral-torsional buckling: XLT=0,78
Section modulus: w_ely=20138 mm3
Material resistance: fy=372 MPa
gM1=1
That should result Mb,Rd=5,84 kNm instead of 6,75 kNm (a value that I cannot find out where it comes from)
Could anyone clear my mind? I'm sure it has to be something obvious but I'm blocked
Many thanks in advance
Jorge
