customize keyboard blank RSA2016

Hi the customize keyboard and customize context menu windows are blank. Version 2016 SP1 Win 7 64bit SP1 and version of RSA 2014 is also installed in my pc. Thanks in advance ps: by coping the user.acc from 2014 to 2016 folder, my keyboard shortcuts work but the above windows are still blank

how long will take you to solve this issue?
it's really frustrating to have to go through the menus once you are used to the keyboard shorcuts

As I wrote above by copying the

c:\Users\user_login\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 20**\CfgUsr\user.acc

from your previous version to your 2016 CfgUsr folder will allow you to use your customized keyborad shortcuts settings.

( Edit: No need to do this since HF is already available    )
