Setting presented in your screenshot means that  cracking is verified and also crack width is adjusted to maximum value 0.3 (mm), by incereasing reinforcement. Cracking option can be activated /deactivated when Reinforcement adjust (for cracking is off). When Reinforcement adjust (for cracting) is active cracking is verified by default.

If you have problem with cracks not calculated, probably you have not defined SLS load combinations (or you have not taken them into account while reinforcement calculation)

HI @hammad_hassanBKTTK 

It is presented for slab calculation for ACI 318-08 and  ACI 318-11. In later code versions it considered while calculation proces but not presented on maps.
